Overview

The Public Service function of the International Digital Services Authority (IDSA) supports governments and public institutions in the design, governance, and improvement of digital public services.

IDSA does not deliver public services directly, operate government systems, or administer social programs. Its role is advisory, coordinative, and standards-based, assisting jurisdictions in strengthening trust, accessibility, and resilience across digital public service ecosystems.
