Overview

The Digital and Trade Council is an intergovernmental forum convened under the International Digital Services Authority (IDSA) to support cooperation on international digital trade, cross-border services, and data-enabled commerce.

The Council provides advisory guidance, policy dialogue, and standards alignment to help governments and institutions reduce barriers while maintaining trust, security, and ethical digital practices.

Participation is voluntary and respects national sovereignty.
